Im gonna say yes some day but will only be if our Gov. see's money out of it which is fine but dont ban something cause of it. greedy money hungry polititions...

FairCasinos Edit: Most states don't make it illegal to gamble online and there haven't been any recent changes to the legality of online gambling. The only changes are new penalties for illegal gambling operators and money transfers for it. I have closed this poll because it is misleading. Microgaming casinos have banned certain states now. The only federal law relevant to the legality of online gambling is the 1961 Wire Act (well before the internet existed) which was for outlawing illegal sports bets. Appeals court cases in the past have decided it only applies to sports bets. As the law is badly worded and there is no supreme court decision on the scope of it, it may be decided on a case by case basis until the law is amended. Remember that the Wire act makes it illegal for the operators only (it's so badly worded that this is sometimes in dispute too) and even if it applied to offshore operators, the US government have no jurisdiction on these operators unless they enter the US.
