This group is above average and will likely end up in the Top Casinos list, although some of the older casinos such as 777Dragon and Cinema were slightly iffy on customer support before they were acquired by the group. It is still probably a bit below other groups yet to make the Top Casinos list such as the group containing Bella Vegas & Casino Grand Bay.
It is the first Microgaming group to accept Canadian Dollars (all the casinos let you choose from four different currencies). The new casino called Maple Casino is Canadian themed but the sign up offer is available in all currencies. Unfortunately, I've heard of very bad practices among this group and they are now dumped. I can't say much more for now but, as usual, it relates to bonus offers.
The particular case causing me to take this action relates to a player depositing many thousands in response to a 15% deposit bonus offer but after already playing partway through the requirements he receives an intimidating email suggesting that the bonus may be removed at their discretion due to 'promotion abuse' and taking 'minimal risk' despite the player playing in accordance to the offer.
This is a terrible thing to do and the casino would be in a win-win situation if this was allowed to happen. The casino seems to be trying to intimidate the player into losing money. The casino suggests in the email that the player needs to alter his playing patterns, otherwise the bonus may be subject to removal. |

My husband and I play different casinos my husband had not played for about a year (you will hear the problem further in story)anyway he finally was going to give it another shot so he downloaded casino at the same time he was wating for neteller to set up and approve his account now all is good and he logged into Maple Casino went to banking used Neteller insta debit deposited $40 left banking went to play high5 it said error modular,then he went to couch potato same error, then he went to triple magic but this time it said lost connection please log in again went he logged it it said account disabled so the $40 is unused in the casino but can't get it.
So he emailed maple casino telling then to transfer the $40 back to neteller, emailed neteller asking the for help to get the money back in account, then he went to live chat at maple casino asking his to transfer money back because the casino had locked him out, he said sorry he can't transfer money from a closed account so he said to email to sup.at vegas lounge so he emailed them also, neteller replies said they can't help that its in the terms/cond.
The next day he gets an email that during sign up there were discrpencies to send them about 8 different things home utility bills, all phone #s and the bills, copy of drivers lic, copy front and back of credit card, they also wanted to know who else lived at address and relationship to them, and if anyone else used the computer and did I know they were using it and who the names and were we related,and if we had any problems with other casinos and explain what had happened?
After racking our heads togather trying to remember any past problems, about 1 year earler we were on vacation went to an atm to get some money but find out that we had no money left in account, we called the bank to find out that during the 10 days that we had been gone someone had taken $1875.00 out of account so the back did a three month investigation to find out that yes the money had been taken fraudently so they credited back the $1875.00 so there had been a charge back to crazy vegas for $50.00
So then my husband emailed vegas lounge and told them what had happened.Vegas Lounge emailed us back and said because of the charge back they were just keeping the $40 and we were not getting it back. Now who is doing something that should be considered fraudently buy knowing when he opened the account ,made a deposit that they were going to lock him out and keep the money and thats what they said that this matter was closed they were keeping the money to get even so to bad. If this is the practices if vegas lounge group every one should remember this before they play at there casinos.CBOATER |
